Federal Election law requires the Committee to Elect Eli Chavez for Congress to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Your contribution will be used in connection with Federal elections and is subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Contributions or gifts to Committee to Elect Eli Chavez for Congress are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Donations cannot exceed $2000 per individual. Federal Law prohibits contributions from corporations, foreign nationals, labor unions, persons under the age of 18, federal government contractors, national banks, and labor organizations. Individuals cannot contribute in the name of another.
